Belda-mold specializes in mold design & manufacturing for a variety of applications, including automotive parts, medical devices, consumer electronics, and industrial plastic components.
The mould types we create include 2 plate moulds, 3 plate moulds, pin-point gate moulds, hot runner manifold moulds, thoroughly hardened moulds (above 44HRC), and pre-hardened moulds (below 44HRC). For mould manufacturing, we utilize hot runner systems from leading brands such as DME, MOLD-MASTER, SYNVENTIVE, HUSKY, INCOE, YOUDU, SM, and more.

CNC Machining
Belda-mold is an ISO9001, AS9100, and IATF16949 certified factory specializing in custom CNC machining of plastic and metal components.
Our facility houses two Beijing JingDiao 5-axis CNC machines, three high-precision 5-axis CNC machines, 33 high-speed CNC milling machines, 38 lathes, and 17 CNC lathes. This enables us to manufacture highly precise components with an accuracy of ±5μm and handle complex mechanical engineering and design tasks.
Our production capability supports high-volume machined parts production as well as the creation of prototypes with a minimum order quantity of 1-2 pieces. We ensure fast delivery within 3-4 working days.
